Overview
meshIQ delivers middleware management solutions to some of the world’s leading organizations. The company operates in a high-growth market segment and is hyper focused on customer acquisition. It is looking to hire a VP- Growth, a role that will focus on customer acquisition to enable meshIQ’s ‘land and expand’ initiatives. This is high visibility and high impact role which will play a key role in delivering revenue growth by driving customer acquisition. Role requires strong Marketing background & collaboration between Sales, Product and R&D functions.
The role will manage all marketing and demand-gen assets including the company’s website and training/university portals and lead Digital Marketing and BDR teams to deliver targeted growth. This role will also be responsible for launch plans to introduce new products (NPI) and generating demand for them. Additionally, this role will enable partners and plan marketing assets and campaigns to make partners in the ecosystem successful.
VP - Growth Marketing Responsibilities
- Marketing Planning: Drive Marketing strategy and an execution to deliver on company’s growth objectives, focusing on both short-term and long-term lead generation and revenue goals as supported by the marketing plan.
- Marketing Campaigns: Oversee the creation and execution of marketing channels, tactics and campaigns as part of the annual marketing plan.
- Demand-Gen & Pipeline funnel: Drive successful demand-gen campaigns (both inbound and outbound) to generate leads (MQLs) and support the goals for MQL to SQL conversion. Monitor and track funnel metrics and trends to adjust the programs as needed to drive results.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across the organization to ensure cohesive execution of growth initiatives, campaign planning and execution.
- Website & Data Analysis: Re-imagine website with content and messaging to improve traffic, engagement and conversion rates. Utilize data analytics to monitor performance metrics, identify trends, and make informed decisions to optimize inbound leads.
- Marketing Targets: Set and pursue marketing goals, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet or exceed these target
Desired Skills and Experience
- Marketing Leadership: Previous expertise as Digital Marketing leader or VP-Growth with a proven ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams toward common objectives delivering successful marketing programs.
- Product Launches: Prior experience in launching new products targeting IT-Infrastructure buyers.
- Data Driven Thinking: Strong skills in data analysis and problem-solving to drive decision-making to both plan and adjust marketing programs as needed.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration and reporting.
- Adaptability: Capacity to adjust strategies in response to market changes and new information.
